Nothing is better than a plate lunch. I had the chicken spagetti with mashed potatoes and green beans and cornbread. The food was seasoned well with good ingredients. It’s definitely worth it!

The best milkshakes & chocolate in town!! My one reservation is that it repeatedly says it has one owner, when that is not the case. Gail Miller is Co-Owner of RMCF Oxford. Erv Odom is the other Co-Owner. Erv makes the best milkshakes, hands down! And she is also one of the sweetest ladies you have ever met! So please, eatingoxford.com, make sure you know who the ownerS are next time….plus, Erv will go above and beyond to make her customers happy!!!

Personally, I’m not thrilled about one more sandwich place in town (I’d much rather see the town add a few restaurants that aren’t just differently priced, slightly derivative versions of one another) –although Pita Pit tends to be a bit different from what is currently offered in terms of sandwiches. I’ll be interested to see how the prices compare to the Athens location (which was in a prime location downtown), but I’m expecting everything to be a $1 to $2 more expensive here in Oxford (which I find absolutely baffling, even if it is on the beloved Square).
