Have you noticed the construction taking place in the old Taylor’s Pub building?
Petra Cafe Mediterranean Cuisine, currently located across from James Food Center at 512 Jackson Avenue East, has been making room for its kitchen and dining area, set to open soon at 1101 Jackson Avenue.
Work crews at the new location say that construction is nearing completion on the project and owner Maher Alqasas should be serving up Mediterranean fare out of a new kitchen within the next couple of weeks.
UPDATE 12/31: Construction on the new Petra space is still in progress.
