		<description><![CDATA[Varsity Grille actually started in Tupelo first, just opened laters due to football season.  As far as the other restuarants, Tupelo needed some other eat places that would be open on Sundays at the time (more are open now due to the sale of alcohol).   There are plenty other &quot;non-Oxford&quot; places to eat in Tupelo:  Park Heights, the Grill, Harvey&#039;s, Peppers, Stables, etc.]]></description>
