Lenora’s

Lenora’s has only been open for a few days, but I wanted to see what replaced my beloved L&M on the Oxford Square, so I paid them a visit. First of all, they get big time brownie points for customer service. Everyone from the hostess to the beverage server to our waitress to a personal visit from one of the owners was pleasant and attentive. The decor is super cute with mismatched chairs and tablecloths giving it a cozy feel. The nonalcoholic drinks come in fun mason jars and a tasty iced green tea is available alongside typical tea varieties. They also get kudos for serving bread before the meal as this is always a big plus in my book.
Lenora’s offers a nice variety of menu items. However, I’m afraid I would not be able to take any of my vegetarian friends to dine here, as there are no main entrees that come sans meat–perhaps that’s something that may change with the next menu revision.
Looking forward to seeing more of Lenora’s–a nice addition to Oxford.
